Shipping Charges

Every item qualifies for one of the three: 1) 'Norminal Shipping', 2) 'Special Shipping' or 3) 'Free Shipping'. By default, 'Norminal Shipping' applies and 'Special Shipping' or 'Free Shipping' applies when you see the respective icons.

If you are unsure of your shipping charges, just click on the 'Add to Cart' button and the shipping fees will be calculated accordingly.

We ship world wide using "Standard REGISTERED Air Mail" and the above shipping charges applies for MOST items. Please allow up to 3 weeks for items to be delivered.

2) Special Shipping Rate
*Certain items may have a "special shipping rate" instead of the "Nominal Shipping Charges" becuase of the size or the additional packaging required. These items will be specified clearly and notated with the icon above. No Nominal Shipping Charges will be added in such cases.

3) Free Shipping
*For a limited time, certain items qualify for free shipping. No shipping charges will be added for these items.

Shipping Times

Costumes are expected to ship within 48 working hours as we usually stock up the cosplay costumes. Depending on your location, your parcel may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive from the day the parcel is shipped out. In urgent cases, we do entertain expedited shipping. Do drop us an email if you require extra fast shipping.

* Merchandise bought from 3.99 Anime Shop or 399 Cosplay Shop can be combined and are sent out using "Registered Air Mail". Sending out parcels via registered mails costs us $3.00 extra but it enables you to track your purchase.
