To Quentin: Nope the sleeves are as is due to the low costs that we are selling the costume at. You will have to modify yourself for Mayuri.

i cant help but notice Mayuri sleeves are white but every ones else are black, does Mayuris sleeves come like that(white)?

To Quentin: Hi, The Zaraki sleeves are not torned. And yes, the cloak is free size and it should fit both short and tall people.

if i ordered squad 11 cloak would the sleeves be torn like Kepachis are?
does free size fit a short person, 4.9"?
