Background:

The girl with a different and somewhat crooked way of dealing with life. Honda Tohru sees life in a rose-colored eyeglass and often distresses herself on minor problems of her friends. She’s so emphatic that she’s sometimes meddling with their problems already.

Almost everyone envy her for being part of the Sohma family household. Imagine living with two popular boys in their high school. She’s lucky alright, but living with the Sohma male means keeping their curse a secret. Otherwise, she’ll end up saying goodbye to her precious memories.

Tohru is an orphan who was taken in by Sohma Shigure to cook and clean the house for them. Her cheerfulness and optimism rubs off of Kyo and Yuki, which led to their warming up to other people.

Her wide-eyed innocence is at times irritating. Good thing Kyo and Yuki notice that trait of hers and often times act as Tohru’s champion whenever she gets into trouble.
