Ryomou Shimei is one of the four Devas of Nanyou Gakuen. She has a deceptively timid personality, which she sheds off completely once in battle.
She owns a silver magatama and has a dragon of her own currently residing in her left eye concealed with an eye-patch. She’s the one who found out that the legendary Dragon Jade does exist. But on her way back, she was ambush by fighters in Seito Gakuen and Kyoshou Gakuen. The Dragon Jade seems to react to Ryomou causing her dragon to show up and defeat one of her opponents. Unfortunately, she reached her limitation and bested by Seito fighter.
Ryomou has a reserved personality but can be sadistic when fighting. She currently works with Hakufu in a cosplay café sporting a cute French maid outfit.

Just recieved this costume in the mail today, about two weeks after it was marked for shipping. I used custom sizing; the costume is both form-fitting and comfortable. It fits perfectly except for the sleeves, which are a little tight around the sleeve cuff. Also, the eyepatch's elastic bands were attached incorrectly, so that the longer side of the eyepatch is vertical, not horizontal. Overall, I am very impressed wit the costume itself, and I give it a 9 out of 10.
