Suiseiseki, the 3rd Rozen Maiden and Souseiseki's older sister and one of the 'gardeners' wears a classic Victorian style-inspired elaborate lolita dress. This blue rendition of Suiseiseki's dress is similarly elaborate and comes together with a can-can skirt underneath to accentuate the puffiness of the beautiful long skirt.
