Background:
The girl with the most coveted blood! Every vampire just wants to suck her dry.
Yuki is the surrogate daughter of the Cross Academy headmaster, Kaien Cross and is the designated prefect or guardian of the school along side Kiryuu Zero.
The Unraveling:
The truth about her delicious blood is revealed when Kuran Kaname bit him and brought back her memories. It turns out she is a pureblooded vampire and Kaname’s sister and intended bride. Since they are vampire, it is explained to her that marrying siblings is not a new thing and is perfectly acceptable to continue on the bloodline.
As the story progresses, Kaname is not his brother but still her blood relative being the first King of Kuran family. Also, a certain Rido Kuran is out to get her to be his own bride. Such a popular girl.
Being a vampire now makes her decide that its time to burn the bridge between her and Zero. Though Zero vowed to kill her one day, she looks forward to the day she will meet him again and fulfill his promise.
