Background:
This guy hates vampire with a passion! And he just becomes one. Poor bloke!
Zero’s existence is a classic example of a twisted life. A pureblood vampire, Shizuka Hiou, killed his entire family and left her mark on Zero by biting him and turning him into a vampire. Ten years later, he finds out that his still-alive twin brother is Shizuka’s partner in crime and is now her most loyal servant. That’s not all, Cross Yuki, the girl whom he’s developing tender feelings with is in love with another vampire. Ouch!
The Unraveling:
Well, being bitten by several pureblooded vampires and taking the essence of his dying twin brother, Zero gained an amazing power that is capable of defeating an ancient powerful vampire. He fought with Rido Kuran whom he did managed to overpower.
His new calling in life is to exterminate all the purebloods. He was about to when he saw Kaname and Yuki but his human emotions get the better of him and he decided that now is not the best time. Yet, he vow that he will kill Yuki one day which is a very welcoming thought to Yuki.
He went back to Cross Academy for his twin brothers body. Somehow, Zero is still not whole but with all that has happened and with the power he acquired, he has a clear goal of what he wants.
